At The Bagelry, our goal is to serve the perfect bagel: crispy exterior, delightfully chewy interior, and well-developed flavor. It’s a taste experience that can only be achieved by using one special ingredient: time. We take the time to select the proper ingredients. We give our bagels extra time to develop flavors with an overnight cold rise. And, we take the time to use the traditional method of kettle boiling.
Our mantra is simple, done right. Our menu features lots of classic items you’d expect from a bagel shop: a housemade cream cheese selection, breakfast sandwiches with fresh-cracked scrambled eggs and local meats, and a lox sandwich straight outta Brooklyn. We also have a few more unique items like our smoked turkey club featuring Lucius Q smoked turkey and our housemade onion chive cream cheese, as well as the Queen City, a nod to our hometown featuring local Glier’s goetta, egg, and American cheese. We also offer drip coffee from our favorite roaster, Tinker Coffee in Indianapolis, IN, as well as cold brew coffee from a fantastic local company, Bru Bros.
The Bagelry was founded in 2017 by Richard Huff, alongside his brother Kyle Jones and sister-in-law, Colleen Hert. You’ll find us in the shops each and every day alongside our incredible staff. Please come introduce yourself - we’d love to meet you!
