Catering Cancellation Policy

At The Bagelry, much of our catering offering is prepared fresh to order. However, we are always doing advance planning and preparation to make sure we execute your order to perfection and are often adjusting our bagel and cream cheese production days in advance to accommodate catering needs. Because of this, we must enforce the following cancellation policy.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@bagelrycincy.com. Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written response from our team.

Cancellation Notice and Refunds

  • More than 48 hours notice: Orders canceled with at least 48 hours' advance notice will receive a full refund.

  • 24 to 48 hours notice: Orders canceled within this window will be issued a partial refund of 50% of the total order cost.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not receive a refund. You will be charged for the full amount of the order.

Additional Policies

  • Last-minute and day-of orders: Orders placed with less than 24 hours' notice are considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Rescheduling orders: If you need to reschedule your order, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a new date and will transfer any payments made to the new order.

  • Cancellations by our shop: In the VERY rare event that The Bagelry must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a 100% refund.

  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
