FOH Position at the Bagelry

The Bagelry is a family-owned and operated scratch made bagel shop. We are an open kitchen so having a good attitude and friendly demeanor is crucial - we pride ourselves on being a community space and that starts with our FOH employees! Workplace culture is very important to us and we’re really proud of the staff we have and the workplace environment we’ve created.

Duties include:

• Working the sandwich line: slicing bagels, preparing sandwiches, bagging up orders, taking orders at the register, making eggs, brewing coffee, etc.

• Prep responsibilities: chopping vegetables, prepping sandwich meats, and portioning cream cheese

• Dishwashing

• General cleaning

You must have weekend availability - both Saturday and Sunday! Shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end by 3:00 pm. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Starting pay is $10/hour plus tips, which usually add up to another $7-8/hour (for total of $17-18/hr).

We may be hiring for either location (OTR or Oakley) and we do cross-train people in both locations if that is of interest. If you’re only able/interested to work in one location, please let us know.
